There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be no help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash, Check or Credit Card are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A returned check for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or, in the event of a lot with reserve, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the items closing, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and, by these terms, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nature, quality, condition, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not on information listed in the catalog, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer, its staff, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot, this failure to inspect, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature, quality, condition, quantity, and size will not constitute ground for any claim, adjustment, refund, termination of the contract for sale, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f.
