Items can be previewed during normal business hours at 414 E Elizabeth Street in Shawano on Thursday NOVEMBER 14TH. Business Hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM. PICK UP ITEMS ON NOVEMBER 21ST FROM 11 AM TO 3 PM AT 414 E ELIZABETH STREET IN SHAWANO. Wolf River Habitat for Humanity and its store is excited to launch our first online auction fundraiser which will be managed by O'Connor Auction Group. We have many unique and one of a kind items as well as vintage items, art work and more. We have been blessed to have items donated that have been repurposed and/or created by our volunteers and other items donated by our supporters. We have a fundraising goal of $15,000-$20,000 which will be used to purchase a replacement truck used for donation pick ups and deliveries for the store as well as for our home construction efforts. BIDDING: All bidding is open to the public without regards to race, religion, color, sex, familial status, national origin, disability or sexual orientation or any other factor protected by federal, state or local law. O’Connor Auction Group reserves the right to reject any or all bids in its sole discretion. The bidder who submits the high bid accepted by O’Connor Auction Group will be the buyer of the property (“Buyer”). The “high bid” shall mean the highest bid acknowledged by O’Connor Auction Group. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or, in the event of a lot with reserve, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last minute of the items closing, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a.
